At Vookum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
